Contracts, experts and technology acquired from Paladin AI Inc., a Canadian start-up that offers innovative solutions for the Aerospace & Defense training market.

TXT e-solutions S.p.A. ("TXT") has achieved a substantial milestone in the Aerospace and Defense training sector with its recent acquisition of InstructIQ®, an intuitive, data-driven training analytics tool. This new Smart Solution employs real-time flight simulator data analysis that automates 5 out of 8 pilot Competencies-Based Training and Assessments (CBTA) to uncover strengths, weaknesses, core competencies, and comprehensive insights into each flight maneuver's performance.
The incorporation of InstructIQ® into Pace Aerospace & IT's product portfolio signifies a pivotal synergy within the PACE Aerospace & IT ecosystem. This strategic acquisition strengthens TXT e-solutions S.p.A.'s array of Smart Solutions and enriches the Aerospace market's product portfolio. This integration aligns with Pacelab WEAVR, fostering strong technological advancements within the InstructIQ® platform.
The new PACE product line called "AI-enabled Training" will have as its objective the marketing and further development of the InstructIQ® platform, an intelligent training platform aiming to rapidly scale the reference market thanks to an innovative approach to evidence-based training (EBT).
This acquisition highlights the groundbreaking capabilities of InstructIQ® to revolutionise evidence-based training across the Aerospace and Defence market. Objective data collected from training shows that much of this training could be shifted to smaller, more affordable devices, even VR or AR training.
