TLogos - a boutique within the TXT Group specializing in cybersecurity, has secured a prestigious multi-year contract with the European Space Agency
- TXT e-solutions S.p.A. (“TXT”) announces that TLogos S.r.l. ("TLogos"), a company within the TXT Group specializing in the provision of cybersecurity services, has been awarded the European Space Agency ("ESA") tender "Human Exploration Programme Security Services," valued at €7.5 million for the 2025-2029 period;
- The activities include a broad range of cybersecurity services supporting the programs of ESA's Directorate of Human and Robotic Exploration (HRE), such as the current International Space Station (ISS) Security Programme and Gateway Programme Security Support;
- The ESA tender won by TLogos adds to the more than €200 million in public tenders al-ready secured by the TXT Group and further strengthens TXT's distinctive positioning as a strategic partner ensuring the cybersecurity of key players in mission- and safety-critical sectors such as space infrastructure and government.

("TXT"), a company listed on the STAR Segment of the Italian Stock Exchange (Mercato Telematico Azionario) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., announces that TLogos S.r.l. ("TLogos"), a TXT Group company since 2022, has been awarded the ESA tender valued at €7.5 million.
The European Space Agency (ESA) has the mission of driving the development of European capabilities in the space sector and ensuring that investments in this field continue to deliver benefits on an international and global scale.
The goal of the ESA HRE (Human and Robotic Exploration Programme Security Services) is to advance Europe's participation in the development of space infrastructures that will enable experiments in a zero-gravity environment, fostering research and technological advancements in space.
TLogos, the company awarded the ESA tender, is a digital consulting boutique that is part of the Digital Advisory cluster within the TXT Group. Since 2012, it has specialized in implementing projects and developing solutions to enhance cybersecurity in complex environments, such as the space sector. For over a decade, TLogos has been a trusted player in security governance projects, security engineering, identity solutions, data protection, and broader cybersecurity initiatives, with high-value-added expertise and certified personnel. From 2025 to 2029, TLogos will support ESA by collaborating with top international partners, including NASA and other members of the Ground Segment Control Board (CSA, ASI, JAXA, among others), in activities such as i) Security Governance for onboard assets e ground infrastructure; ii) Security Audit/Vulnerability Assessment/Penetration Test; iii) Security Engineering, including the management and evolution of IAM services (HRE PKI and Strong Authentication Solution), Encryption Key Management, and Secure Data Exchange.
The awarding of this tender to TLogos will enable the TXT Group to further strengthen its distinctive positioning as an internationally recognized cybersecurity player in the space sector.
