(TXT), a Global Digital Enabler operating as an end-to-end provider of software engineering services, high-tech Smart Solutions and Digital Advisory to support the digital transformation of products and processes, announces the acquisition of Focus PLM S.r.l. ('Focus PLM').
Focus PLM is an innovative company in the B2B market of software products and consulting services. It is born from twenty years of experience in the sector and is widely recognised in Italy and abroad, with clients that include leading companies in various industrial sectors. Founded in Ferrara (Italy) by its current directors, it now employs around 15 highly specialised employees and provides services for implementing, maintaining and enhancing companies' PLM systems.
The core of Focus PLM's offering is the development of advanced PLM solutions based on the Aras Innovator platform. The Ferrara-based company stands out for excellence in creating and distributing highly innovative proprietary products, such as connectors for integration with the main CAD software on the market and add-on modules that are perfectly integrated with Aras.

This acquisition reaffirms TXT Group's commitment to growth in the manufacturing sector, following the acquisition of 100% of the capital of DM Management & Consulting Srl and the MES/MoM platform DMP, and the agreement with Aras Corporation through which TXT E-TECH, a TXT Group company, has taken on the role of Primary Territory Partner on the national and international territory, for Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, taking over as primary reference for all activities in the territories mentioned above, previously in charge of the Italian branch of Aras.
