TXT e-solutions S.p.A. (TXT), Global Digital Enabler operating as an end-to-end provider of software engineering services, high-tech Smart Solutions and Digital Advisory to support the digital transformation of products and processes, announces a new and strategic partnership with Aras Corporation (ARAS), a leader in product lifecycle management (PLM) and digital thread solutions supporting the design, build and maintenance of complex products.
In the agreement with ARAS, TXT E-Tech is appointed Primary Territory Partner on the national and international territory, for Italy, Slovenia and Croatia, acting as the main reference for all activities in the territories mentioned above and previously carried out by the Italian branch of ARAS.
This partnership represents a further growth opportunity in the TXT Group's offering for the manufacturing sector, following the acquisition in July 2022 of DM and the DMP MES/MoM platform. TXT Group, already a sector leader with its ICT solutions to support industrial and production engineers, as well as planning, production and maintenance departments, will consolidate with this partnership its specific skills in the field of system integration and the portfolio of Smart Solutions for the industrial world.
The Aras Innovator PLM solution integrates synergistically with MES, ERP and CRM applications, unleashing fluid and coherent management of all critical information related to the product life cycle, also supporting sustainability and energy efficiency objectives.
